RETURNS:
To receive a full refund or exchange of your purchase price, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase directly from Racing Force USA. All items must be returned in brand new, salable condition and in the original packaging. Items returned or exchanged after 14 days but before 30 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from purchase date.
Merchandise not in the current product line or current Snell certification standard will not be accepted. A return authorization number must be issued before we will accept any returns. If we do not issue an authorization number, whatever you have returned will be shipped back to you, at your expense. All returned items must include a note listing your contact information and the RA number. To get a Return Authorization number, follow the instructions below.
All approved returns or size exchanges must be sent to Racing Force in the original undamaged packaging, otherwise they are subject to a $15.00 fee to cover the labor and cost to repackage the item.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.
2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.
3. We will review your request within 2 business days, DO NOT send your item(s) until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.
4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item.
5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.
