Return Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
Return Authorization – All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items received without an approved authorization number are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Shipping Labels – We do not provide return shipping labels unless explicitly authorized by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing by our customer support.

Any used, damaged, or incomplete returns may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Merchandise not in the current product line or current FIA/Snell/SFI certification standard will not be accepted.
Return Window – Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
Refunds & Processing – Approved returns will be processed within 10 business days after receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees unless otherwise authorized.
Exclusions – Certain items, including final sale, or custom products may not be eligible for return.
